Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of services offered by Muskil Asan Kendra ("Company", "We", "Us") through its platform, including but not limited to distance learning courses, test series, and online/offline content for NEET-UG and IIT-JEE aspirants.

Acceptance of Terms

• By using the platform or clicking "I Agree", you accept these Terms.
• If you are a minor, parental consent is mandatory.
• We may update the terms without notice. Your continued use implies acceptance.

Eligibility

Only individuals legally capable of entering into a contract can register. Minors must be represented by their legal guardians. Registration is only for students of distance education for JEE or NEET-UG.

Services & Subscriptions

• Services include paid and free content (videos, test series, notes, etc.).
• Access is personal and non-transferable. Any sharing is prohibited.
• Subscription is confirmed after successful payment and identity verification.

Payments

• Fees are subject to change and must be paid in full for access.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
• We are not liable for payment failures beyond our control.

Study Materials

Study materials are provided “AS IS”. We do not guarantee content accuracy, results, or availability of past material versions.

Account & Security

• Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.
• Any unauthorized use may lead to suspension or termination.

Third-Party Services

Our platform may link or integrate with third-party tools or services. We are not liable for their content or terms.

No Sharing Policy

Account sharing will result in account termination without notice. Usage is monitored to prevent abuse.

User Conduct

Users shall not post or transmit:

• Illegal, abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or misleading content.
• Infringing material or malware/viruses.
• Content threatening India’s sovereignty or inciting violence.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if these Terms are violated or misuse is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All content, including study material and platform content, is the property of Muskil Asan Kendra. Unauthorized reproduction or sharing is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Technical Requirements

• Minimum: Android 5.1, iOS 11, internet speed 0.8 Mbps for videos.
• Recommended: Chrome browser, stable connection ≥ 2 Mbps.

Data Protection

We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users are responsible for data backup.

Disclaimer

The platform is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for errors, downtime, or consequences from using our services.

Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify us against any claims arising out of their use of the platform or breach of terms.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved in Contai, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal.
